Real Businesses; Real Results

Client case studies πŸ“‚

I'm totally obsessed with the work we do😻

AND I WANT YOU TO BE TOO!

Let's take a look inside the businesses of some of the founders we've worked with...
Get ready- you're about to see the structural shifts, practical changes we've made & sheer relief and empowerment our clients' felt after working with us so they could lead with true clarity & conviction.

Every business is different. But the patterns usually aren'tπŸ‘€

Most Founders Try To Treat Symptoms

Most founders come to me believing they have a systems problem.
Or a delegation problem, or even a team problem.

A lot of the time these are actually just the symptoms rather than the problems...

These case studies show what happens when we identify the real source of the pressure and rebuild from there.

Different businesses. Different challenges.

The same goal:
Creating a business that no longer depends on one person to hold everything together.

TAKE A peek

Keiana was literally the definition of being in demand (and it wasn't slowing down for the foreseeable either)

But when we sat down together & looked at where she was feeling the most frustrated, it was before a client had even paid their first invoice (not fun).. Every proposal needed hours of custom work. Scope & packages were being created from scratch. Strategic thinking was being delivered before contracts were signed. And maybe the worst part (for me anyway)... She was spending around 12-16 hours a week JUST on proposals...

By the time a project started, she was already feeling like she was on a one way trip to burnout, party of 1.

On paper, it looked like a time management problem. In reality, it was a systems problem.

There was no contained proposal framework, no clear boundaries around what belonged in the sales process and no structure protecting valuable strategic work.

During our work together, we standardised the proposal process, clarified what was fixed versus flexible and created the workflows that were going to free up her time to actually show up as a founder & scale her consultancy.

The result wasn't just faster proposals.
It was a sales process that protected expertise, preserved energy and created stronger client boundaries from day one (love love love)

The Results:
😻 Proposal creation reduced from 3–4 hours to approximately 1 hour per lead
😻 Pre-sale workload reduced from approximately 15 hours per week to 5 hours per week
😻 Clearer, more focused sales conversations
😻 Stronger boundaries around strategic work
😻 More energy available for client delivery
😻 Less frustration and resentment before projects even began

Sending proposals shouldn't be a whole project in itself

Imagine being a leading ecom email marketing agency... But as soon as you sent a proposal you were biting your nails wondering if you could actually deliver...

The founder was still involved in every decision, the team lacked clear ownership, and delivery felt too fragile to confidently scale. The quality of the work was high, but the backend systems weren't keeping pace with the business.

Growth felt risky.
More clients meant more complexity, more oversight and more pressure on the founder (in the early days I genuinley thought she was going to pull her hair out).

Over six weeks, we audited the process from end to end and rebuilt the foundations. Delivery systems were streamlined, ownership became clear, accountability improved and capacity planning was introduced so growth could happen intentionally rather than reactively.

The goal wasn't simply to increase revenue.
It was to create a business capable of sustaining it (& now we're aiming for Β£500k!!!)

Results:
😻 Revenue increased from £18k in Q1 to £38k in Q3 2025
😻 Greater confidence in sales because delivery could support growth
😻 Reduced founder involvement in day-to-day project decisions
😻 Stronger team ownership and peer review processes
😻 Increased leadership headspace and strategic focus
😻 More consistent client experience
😻 Better visibility into performance through operational tracking

Imagine Doubling Your Revenue In 3 Months

This founder came in believing she had a team issue.

People weren't stepping up. Decisions kept flowing back to her. Expectations needed constant repetition. Slack never seemed to stop.

Her natural conclusion was that the team lacked ownership.

The reality was different.
When I sat and watched what happened each day it was clear ownership hadn't been clearly defined.

Without clear decision lanes, accountability structures and operational clarity, the founder had become the default answer for everything. The team wasn't refusing responsibility... they simply didn't have a framework for taking it.

We introduced a clear responsibility map, defined decision ownership, and rebuilt workflows around operational accountability.

The shift was immediate.
Once people knew exactly what they owned, they started acting like owners.

Results
😻 Significant reduction in founder bottlenecks
😻 Faster decision-making across projects
😻 Reduced Slack dependency and interruptions
😻 Lower decision fatigue
😻 Restored confidence in leadership
😻 Stronger team accountability
😻 Continued team expansion following implementation
