Let me tell you a secret real quick...
This agency exists because I mindlessly scaled my Virtual Assistant business until my body finally screamed “this isn’t what you wanted, stop!”. I felt trapped with endless to-do lists, constantly clocking hours and focusing on time based outcomes for my clients rather than the emotional impact I was having.
I started out as a VA because I craved freedom and the space to just breathe & exist when I needed to. Not trying to clock as many hours as I could to make as much cash as I could.
That’s when I discovered systems and automations- & trust me, at first they used to make me think “what the fuck”.
I’ve been there- working on a workflow for 8 hours to finish it and think “this still doesn’t work without me and that’s the whole point”.
But now - they allow both me and my team to focus on what matters, not those tiny admin tasks that suck the life out of you. Hey, I’m Tiffany and I'm 25 years old! I’m originally from Montreal but I bounce back and forth to the US to visit my boyfriend. I've been a Virtual Assistant and Online Business Manager for the past 3 years supporting spiritual entrepreneurs and creatives. Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my dogs Daysy and Kita. I love walks (hitting my step goal is a big priority), pulling tarot cards and reading a good book or TV show.
